1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

WallyWeb.com provides classified ads, discussion groups, blogs and other web based real estate tools. By using WallyWeb.com in any way, you agree to the following Terms. When using our WallyWeb.com you agree to follow all posted guidelines for WallyWeb.com, which may change at anytime. If you dont agree with any of our terms or guidelines then feel free to quit using WallyWeb.com. WallyWeb.com has the right to enforce our terms and guidlines, but we are not obligated to do so.

2. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT

3. CONTENT

As a visitor to WallyWeb.com, you understnad that all postings, messages, files, images posted on WallyWeb.com are the responsibility of the person whom such content originated. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONTENT YOU POST! WallyWeb.com is NOT RESPONSIBLE, and we make no guarantees to the accuracy of the content. Under no circumstances will WallyWeb be liable in any way for any Content posted to WallyWeb.com. As a visitor of WallyWeb.com you understand that WallyWeb.com does not review and approve the content posted, however WallyWeb.com does hold the right to delete any content that does not abide by the terms.

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please notify WallyWeb.com, at

info@WallyWeb.com and provide as much info as possible so we can pull the advertisement from WallyWeb.com

6. PRIVACY AND INFORMATION DISCLOSURE

Your use of the WallyWeb website or the Service signifies acknowledgement of and agreement to our Privacy Policy. 7. CONDUCT

c) that includes personal or identifying information about another person without that person's explicit consent

f) No SPAM or junk mail postings

g) which contains "evil code" to try to load a virus or interupt the service on WallyWeb.com in anyway.

h) stalk or harass anyone

i) Try to get access to WallyWeb.com's computer systems and interfere with the performance of the website.

j) Use an automated posting device without the written permission of WallyWeb.com

8. PAID POSTINGS

We may charge a fee to post services advertisements on WallyWeb.com. This fee is charged for the right to post in this section. The person who posts the advertisement is responsible for the content. The fees paid are non-refundable in the event that the advertisement is removed for violating the terms.

9. LIMITATIONS ON SERVICE

You acknowledge that WallyWeb may establish limits concerning use of the website, including the maximum number of days that postings will be available for viewing, and the maximum size of postings. WallyWeb.com can remove your postings at any point.

10. TERMINATION OF SERVICE

WallyWeb.com has the right to deactivate your account and block you from using the site. Do your best to not violate the terms and WallyWeb.com will do its best to not deactivate you. It is at the descretion of WallyWeb.com to block your ability to use the site.

11. MORE BORING TERMS...

YOU AGREE THAT USE OF THE WallyWeb.com SITE AND THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

THESE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
